Ingredients
1/3 cup – Wanka Foods Precooked Quinoa
2 tbsp – Chopped carrots
2 tbsp – Peas
2 tbsp – Mushrooms
3 tbsp – Cooked Brocoli
Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil and Paprika
Procedure
Boil 1/3 tz of quinoa with 1 cup of water for 5 minutes either on the microwave or on the stove. After cooked, mix it with the vegetables and add olive oil and season it with salt, pepper and Páprika.
This salad can be served with lettuce leaves, as a garnish with meat or rolls can be made with cabbage leaves or rice leaves.
Tip
You can add the vegetables you prefer and personalize it!
