Its the perfect energy booster for the morning, in fact I even stopped drinking red bulls all together for a ‘pick me up’. The flavor is great as well you can use it to make tea mixed with milk but I like to just add it into my hot teas just for added immunity as well. plus it enhances the taste of the tea you use.
