Canihua is a Peruvian millenary Supergrain that grows on the Andes highlands at over 11,000 meters over sea level even with snowfall and drought conditions. Canihua flour is gluten-free, contains plant protein and good amounts of fiber, minerals, and vitamins. It has a light brown color, light aroma, and cereal-like flavor. This flour is gluten-free, has low sodium and is a perfect option for vegans.
