Ingredients
1 cup – Wanka Foods Hummus Premix
1 cup – warm water
1 tbsp – tahini
1 tbsp – sesame oil
Procedure
Blend everything, serve on a plate and sprinkle with powdered paprika. Serve with pita bread.
Tip
You can replace the pita bread with pita chips, tortillas, toast, sticks of vegetables such as carrots, celery, etc.
It is also used as a garnish for hot dishes, for fish, shellfish or lamb meat
