Servings: 5 pancakes
Ingredients
1/2 cup – Wanka Foods Plantain Flour
1/3 cup – Oat powder
1/2 tsp – Baking Powder
1 – egg
1/4 cup – Butter
2 tbsp – Sweetener
Vanilla – to taste (optional)
Procedure
Whip the butter until it is creamy, add the sweetener, then the egg and at the end the dry powders until an homogeneous and semi-liquid mixture is obtained.
In a pan, over medium heat and previously greased, pour the mixture to form the pancakes.
Tip
Add your favorite toppings and syrups!
